I saw this fabric on a recent trip to Britex Fabrics and I knew it had to go home with me.
It is a present for my “Mid Century Modern” Husband.
The key was really the view master reels.
When Kathy and I started the Iron Craft, the genesis was to share actual challenges that we were facing and tackle them on a deadline. For me, one of the challenges was to learn how to do some better piping. This pillow was the next lesson. And I feel successful.
The other success here is that I did not buy this great fabric and let it age in my stash. It is actually alive and well on the couch as we speak. What fun.

I love the fabric and I walked right by Britex today- of course my youngest son said “we don’t have to go in that store do we” I guess I need to make a trip alone.
“Listen here you whipper snappers, Mom is going in here, and I’ll see you in an hour. Go to the Cheesecake factory, and have some huge glob of sugar!”
