This week for Wise Craft’s Granny Square Sampler Afghan we made a “V Variation” square in a 4 round and 6 round version.
I think this is a really pretty square, I like the way the center looks like a little flower. It crocheted up quickly too, these were done in one evening. I’m getting a little more confident about reading crochet patterns and counting my stitches so I can catch mistakes. I’m feeling good about that since my whole point of doing this project was to get better at crochet.
Here’s all the squares together. The color palette is feeling a little better to me, though perhaps the yellow pops a little too much. What do you think?
