For some of you a “Fat Quarter” is a foreign term.
We could be talking about pizza for all you know!
I thought I would offer one little idea, and see if it brought inspiration to you if you are stuck. 
A bandanna is very close to the size we are shooting for. Some are slightly bigger, some are slightly smaller. And, of course, they have that iconic pattern.
