Still moving along on the calpotis. Got quite a bit done in the car this weekend & I’m just starting the first couple rows of the decrease section. I’m knitting this in bamboo & its a little frustrating because its not spun very tightly. So, its really easy to miss threads when you knit or purl a stitch & I spend a lot of time going back to pick them up. Maybe that’s why it is taking me awhile to finish this. I am determined to be done by the end of this week though so I can move on to other projects…wedding blanket, felted bowls, jo sharp sweater, christmas surprises….

I knit the Clapotis Cap because I reaaaaalllly wanted to knit the Clapotis, but didn’t think I’d have the attention span to finish the full project. Yours looks great though (despite the issues you’re having with the yarn). You may have just inspired me to cast on and see how far I get.
Your Clapotis is coming along so fine, it’s going to be a real beauty once its finished! Happy Knitting!
Very pretty!
(((hugs)))
I’m considering making one, how is it going so far? Is it easy to get into the rhythm of the pattern?
Hugs!
