This quilt surprised me. If you told me “put traditional quilting fabrics down with a jet black background” I would have balked. Won’t the black swallow the other fabrics? Won’t it be too dark?
Well no. The quilt will be stunning. And have such movement and action.
This just looks like there is action. The colors on the front are alive and twisting like Lombard St.
