It looks like we are going to have a green Christmas here in Minneapolis, but we are still dreaming of snowy winter days. That has me thinking of making mittens…

These fleece mittens from Make It and Love It look so simple to make. I really like the velcro strap to cinch them tight around the wrist.
The Swede in me adores these dala horse mittens. The chart is found on Wenche’s hobbyblogg (in Swedish and English), though this pair was knit by Lisbeth sin lille verden.
