Challenge #6 Voting Starts Friday

Just a reminder that we won’t be doing the normal round-ups for Challenge #6 instead, we’ll be voting for the Iron Crafter Winter. Your projects need to be in the Flickr group by 8:00 PM EST on Thursday, February 10th to be included in the voting. I hope to have the voting up by Friday morning. Voting will last through Sunday so make sure you stop by this weekend to cast your vote! The projects that have come in so far as amazing!

The winner will not only get the Winter Craft Package we featured last Thursday but also these fun pins & magnets made for us by our lovely member Moira over at Literary Tease. Plus a few other surprises.

In the meantime, since Susi & I are excluded from the voting, we’ll show you our projects to tide you over.
Iron Craft Challenge 6 - Appliqued Snowflake Quilt Square
I made a quilt square with an appliqued snowflake on it. It is the first of 10 similar squares I have planned for a winter quilt.
lined hood
Susi lined the hood of a warm hoodie with some beautiful fabric for those chilly San Francisco winter (& summer) days.

Challenge #7 is coming tomorrow!
