#49 – Last Row

#49 - Last row
Despite being down with an awful head cold I managed to sew on the last five rows of my quilt between naps. Then we were instructed to trim off all our thread ends. Now there is a tedious project. Not sure why its necessary since they will be inside the quilt but perhaps they cause bumps or something I don’t know. Tomorrow hopefully I will feel well enough to create my quilt sandwich. Next week we start quilting & I have a brand new sewing machine to learn before then!

Handmade 365 2010- My goal is to spend time everyday working on something handmade for a year & photograph it.
