I’m just about ready to put up the June Brides window display at Noe Knit. Today I finished this knit wedding cake. I knit the sides in the round & then purled a row. Next I decreased every third row to create the top. The knit pieces are then slipped over a form of styrofoam & poster board (not an easy task!) The flowers on the sides of the cake are needle felted using a cookie cutter for the shape. I have to say I’m pretty proud of how this turned out without using a pattern.
KAT!!! THAT’S STUNNING! You did a fabulous job!!!
