Iron Craft ’16 Challenge #6 – Hometown History

I admit it, I was having a block coming up with a challenge theme, so I asked my husband to come up with one. He wants us to make projects inspired by the history of the city where we live. Just incase you find your city’s history boring, you can also be inspired by a city you lived in in the past.
9/2 Minneapolis
I live in Minneapolis so my inspiration could come from the milling or lumber industry. It could come from the Scandinavians who immigrated here.

I used to live in San Francisco, so my inspiration could come from the gold rush or even further back to the Spanish and Mexican heritage when it was a mission. In more recent history, the counterculture movement would be a great inspiration too.

Have fun with it!

Reveal day is Tuesday, March 29th. Please only share in progress photos before that day. Tag photos with IC1606 and Iron Craft.
